What it does
Connect your Yoto account via OAuth, browse your playlists, set wake-up or bedtime alarms on any playlist card and assign them to devices. Alarms are uploaded to a backend that schedules them, and the app shows live device status including battery and Wi-Fi, with a volume gauge and playback controls over MQTT.
Built with Next.js, TypeScript and Material-UI on the front end and a Flask and PostgreSQL backend hosted on Railway. Alarm settings, user account mappings, authentication tokens and preferences are stored server-side; the maker cites HTTPS/WSS encryption and Yoto's official OAuth 2.0.
