What it does
The maker built yoMIX for bedtime with four-year-old twins: browse your Yoto library, pick tracks from different cards, save them as a MIX and play it on a Yoto Player or on the iPhone. MIXes can optionally delete themselves the next day.
It uses Yoto's Developer APIs and only accesses the library and Players of the account you sign into, without re-uploading any audio. The design is deliberately simple so children can use it. This is the first public release, iPhone-only for now, and the maker is asking for feedback.
The App Store listing adds Jukebox Mode with real-time playback controls and audio-reactive visuals, CarPlay support, and a 'Continue playing' feature. It is an independent app not affiliated with or endorsed by Yoto Limited.
