What it does
Louis turns YouTube into audio playlists for your Yoto. Search or paste a link, arrange tracks, then Update, and Louis downloads and transcodes. It is a Yoto Make Your Own (MYO) client backed by YouTube.
You can browse and manage your Yoto playlists with drag-and-drop editing, auto-split long sources over 55 minutes into parts, generate playlist covers with per-track artwork, and add track icons from the Yoto library or custom uploads.
It runs on your own machine as a macOS or Windows desktop app, a Docker image or a Home Assistant add-on. Personal use only; you are responsible for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable law when downloading audio.
